Real Estate Television

Services for Real Estate Pros with Independent Observer

I have always been interested in real estate TV.  Here is a link to a clip I produced through Saint Paul Neighborhood Network:

Producing through your local cable public access studio is fun and very affordable.  The annual member enrollment is dirt cheap and once you learn how to use the equipment, it's free.  And it's quality stuff, too.  The studio I used had 4 digital cameras hooked up to a switcher unit and they have a professional audio mixing board with all kinds of microphones.

The programs air in your local market, but then you can post the clips on AR and Youtube.

I am glad I found this group.

Any time you can expand the range of people who will see you and take notice, you've done something good (unless your in cuffs and trying to hide your face).  The purpose of marketing is to be seen by as many people in your target, as many times as possible for the most affordable price.

The problem with us is that we have satellite which doesn't show local cable access.  I would never see my own show.

Peter - You keep a copy of the digital tape.  They have machines that convert it to DVD and you could use that to put it online.
