The "Cranford Crossing" condominium and retail development project will be leasing the 50 residential units, and not selling them, as previously thought. For the past several years, one of my clients was on the VIP list to buy one of these units for her mother who was downsizing, and she found out yesterday that these are no longer for sale, despite the letter she had received in September indicating that sales would begin in October.
