Thank you for visiting 67 North Emory Bend. This home is located in the Grogan's Forest neighborhood of The Woodlands. The location is just fantastic, just a hop, skip, and a jump from fantastic restaurants, two brand new hospitals, and some unbelievable shopping at Market Street. This home was built in 2004 by Darling Homes. It's one of their favorite floor plans, as it has a second bedroom downstairs, an extremely large study with a pretty set of french doors and some built-in cabinetry. This 4 bedroom home is packed with great stuff inside nearly 4,000 square feet. The family room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast room, and the sitting area all feature a warm tone 5" plank hardwood flooring that is just dynamite to see. In between the dining room and the kitchen is a unique butler's pantry with a granite top and stone backsplash and a nice sized powder bathroom. The kitchen is complemented with all wood 42" cabinets, upgraded stainless steel appliances and a 5 burner gas cooktop. I'm also a big fan of the refrigerator cabinet, the fridge fits perfectly. All along the back of the house are some wonderful 4" plantation shutters, they add a very nice touch to the west side of the house. The master bathroom and bedroom are along the back side of this patio home. The master has plush Berber style carpet with elevated ceilings and crown molding. The master bath has a long counter top with dual vanity, a nice walk in shower and an over sized Jacuzzi tub. The master closet is something that you just have to see. I bet it is over 120 square feet with three rows of racks and room for your tall dresses and gowns. Upstairs there is a nice sized media room, game room, and two additional bedrooms that have private bathrooms. The downstairs laundry room has an extra storage closet, lots of cabinets, and even a little mop sink. For the man of the house, just off the laundry area, is an over-sized three car garage with an epoxy floor coating. We love the neighborhood. It is very well maintained, has awesome neighbors, and one the whole family will enjoy.
