Currently, there are 25 active luxury homes on the Westfield real estate market. According to the Early March 2016 Westfield Market Update, 15 of these properties are newly completed construction, are currently under construction or are ready to be built. These homes range from a 4 bed/4.5 bath end unit townhome that is currently under construction for $715,000 all the way up to a 5 bed/6.5 bath, 6600+ square foot custom Colonial Smart Home built in 2012 that is currently listed at $2,950,000. According to the Early March 2016 Westfield Market Update, 12 luxury homes are under contract. Five of these homes spent approximately 30 days or less on the market before going under contract. One property, a 3 bed/3.5 bath duplex built in 2012, only lasted seven days on the market before going to contract.
Two Westfield luxury homes recently closed escrow. A newly built, 3 bed/4.5 bath Elshiekh Custom Home townhome sold for $885,00. The other property was a 3600 square foot, 5 bed/4+2 bath, newly constructed Colonial that sold for $1,320,000.
