A comfortably paced community yoga class that allows time for beginners to find their poses and advanced practitioners to find their edges. 

These hour-long classes are free and open to the public and held outdoors at Crescent Park, so dress appropriately and bring your own mat, towel and water.

United Arts of Central Florida and Lake Nona are partnering to bring a quarterly concert series to residents of Lake Nona.

Join the Lake Nona community on Sunday March 6th for The Bach Festival Society presents: Danny Jordan’s “Journey through Jazz” at Crescent Park in Laureate Park.

Performance begins at 3:30 PM!

Lake Nona Nights: The Daily City Food Truck Bazaar

 

March 8th!

Central Florida’s favorite food truck event is making a stop at the Lake Nona Town Center. Sample local food right in Lake Nona on the second Tuesday of every month.

Food Trucks include:
Barnwood BBQ
French Fry Junction
Jamaica Jamaica
Sweet City Gelato
Pepa's Arepas
Voodoo Kitchen Food Truck
Willy Ts Crab Shack

Dinner bell rings at 5 p.m. and lasts until 8 p.m.
