It is common knowledge that the longer a home that is "for sale" stays on the market as an "active" listing, the more doubts that buyers can perceive that something might be wrong with the home.

Recently, we were preparing to list a home in Monroe, Ohio and before we had the information entered into the MLS, etc, we received and negotiated an accepted contract.

The following day, we listed the home of the person that was buying the "pre-listed" home and their home was "under contract" in less than 12 hours after their home was entered onto the MLS.

  • Advertise your home on not one, but two local MLS systems. (many Realtors in southwestern Ohio only subscribe and utilize one MLS; we have two. Cincinnati MLS and DABR MLS.
  • A Professional photographer will shoot 30 photos of your home. (no cell phone cameras here)

  • We'll send out 100 or more professionally personalized post-cards to the homes in the surrounding area of your home. (most agents do not send out post-cards and if they do, it's usually only 25)
  • Your home will be featured on our professionally managed business Facebook page. Check it out and while you're there, a "Like" is always appreciated. 
  • Your home will be one of our "featured listings" on Zillow and Trulia.
  • Your home will be placed on dozens and dozens of real estate related websites like; Realtor.com, Google+, Blogger, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads.com, Craigslist, Backdoor.com, Homes.com, Oodle.com, Homefinder.com, Propertyshark.com, Houselocator.com, only to name a few.
  • Your home (video) will be placed on our YouTube.com channel
  • Your home will be syndicated to dozens upons dozens of other real estate company websites.
  • Your home will also be placed on our business Twitter, Google, LinkedIn and Pinterest profiles and will be marketed and re-marketed on a consistent basis.
  • One of the last things that we do to market your home is to put a nice colorful "For Sale" sign in your front yard! Sadly this is one of the main things that some Realtors will do in trying to get your home sold!
