There's such a great demand in my area for 55+ communities.... we had4 that we marketed and sold out within the past few years.... fun to do....nice folks to make happy....

Barbara Todaro  yes, there is a big demand in Colorado as well for communities that cater to the 55+ so we are having fun providing resource to help make the move easy!  It is fun to help them transition.
