There are 168 homes on the market and the average home sold price is $353,000 here. The average home stays on the market 3.1 months prior to going into pending.
Overall the February North Kingstown home sale market is up 17% this year in 2016 over same period in 2015 which is all a good sign for home sellers. Buyers there is no time to wait to buy as strong sales numbers tell you to get busy!
