My goal is to make these fun and exciting processes, while making it as smooth as possible. I hope you remember our experience together and are happy with the house you have made a home.

By only showing you homes that meet your criteria, bringing qualified people to your home, negotiating the best buy possible, walking you through the process step-by-step, and handling the details of the transaction, I hope to take the stress out of the closing process.

Because a new home is often the most important and substantial purchase people make, I'd be happy to help you find a great home that meets your needs. I preview many new homes every day. Are you still in the market for a new home?

Hi there, 

Thank you for getting back to me. I am excited to hear you are still in the market to buy and I am more than happy to help you find the perfect home. When you have a moment, please answer these questions for me. This information will ensure that you only receive the types of home you are looking to own.

-What is your time frame?

-When do you want to make a move?

-What price range do you have in mind?

-What areas/neighborhoods are you interested in?

-What type of home: single-family, condo, multifamily, etc.? -How many bedrooms? -How many baths?

-Do you need to sell in order to buy?

-Do you have other requirements?

As soon as I receive this information, I can select homes that fit your criteria and send them for your review. Please call or email me if I can provide you with additional information or answer any questions you may have as you begin contemplating a move or if you just need tailored, up to date market information or home values, I would be happy to send you that as well.

I am not looking to bombard you with emails, just to keep in touch with you. I look forward to the opportunity to assist you or the people you care about.
