Good morning, Erin --- this is so true:
What defines us in life is not THE challenges we face, but HOW we face them

thank you! Sometimes that in itself can be a challenge, but, as they say ... keep on truckin'!
A little bit like eating the elephant one bite at a time. It can be overwhelming to try to swallow the thing whole...break it down and breathe. ![]()

GREAT analogy! Thank you for coming by.
Love this! Thank you so much for sharing with us. Despite the challenges life throws at me, I try to be on that upward spiral.

Hi Chris Ann! I bet you do, your shining smile always comes through (even on a computer!). Sometimes it can be a bit of a struggle but I love to have this tool to keep me on track.
Absolutely nothing wrong with feeling the less positive emotions, Erin Bates ... but you can't let them swallow you and you can't wallow in them longterm. I like the visuals you provide here ... and the message too!

Gene, yes, I agree 100%. Sometimes I think we are so eager to get out of the "less than positive" that we do not allow ourselves to experience the contrast of it. Although, I certainly am not always very excited to sit in sadness or grief, it is necessary for short-term (like you said!). THANK YOU for stopping by.
Erin one rung at a time is a good idea! I rarely have an off day - but on occasion I many have off moments or thoughts. My practice is to go - general - think of what makes me happy and grateful and les viola - back in alignment again!

Hi Anna, on this river of flow we call life... you are the captain of the alignment ship!
Very positive Erin, I like your words.

Thank you Noah!
I like the idea of one rung at a time. What happens if someone triees to knock you off the ladder...... Then I guess I would spiral down to number 17!
I certainly fell on my butt when the ladder went down (many times), but I think next time around I will put my "cat-mask" on and land softly on my feet with another 8 lives to spare!
Hi Erin - Nice! Just staying positive will provide a lot of bouyancy to float upward.

I love the idea of floating upward rather than struggling to stay afloat. Beautiful. THANK YOU (and for thinking of me today)
The "Guidance Scale" graphic is a powerful tool, Erin! I like the idea of one rung at a time!

Thank you Myrl! I have it printed out and keep it with me, it really does help.
Interesting tool Erin, I will start practicing a few of these techniques, I am sure they will help.

Hi Bob! Great news, it's always wonderful to try a new tool and see if it helps make the "job" a bit easier. What DID they do before they discovered tools? HA!
I really enjoyed your post with this helpful information. Also glad I came across it in the archives.
Erin, I do a lot of energy work ... I am also into tapping the meridians ... It works. We just need to take some time out and do it. We are in control of what we choose to feel.

Absolutely - I agree, it is all about what we intend to focus on. I bet we would be great friends in person. The whale spirits are always singing to support the harmonic resonance of the crystaline grids/ley lines/meridians! I am excited to hear if you have any interactions with these creatures during your tapping-in times!
