New Business Model: Disparage All Competitors

We have been of the mindset that taking the stance that all the others are no good is counter productive to our success.  Tear down all the other real estate professionals, and it will just damage the entire industry, including you.  It's hard to take the other side of this argument, but perhaps the times are changing.

The apparent favorite to become our next president has won over plenty of voters by claiming that almost everyone on this earth is stupid, a loser, incompetent, not possessing even a smidgen of the grandeur that he alone owns.  He has even acknowledged that real estate professionals are "...pretty bad stuff." 

I don't like the strategy being used by the Trumpster, but I can't dispute its effectiveness.  Apparently, accumulating wealth and winning over popular support can be accomplished by being akin to something found on rose branches.  So, there it is.

This kind of reminds me of this summer the Chicago botanic gardens had on display the stink plant and everyone came to see it.

It's certainly a slug fest.  And listening to Marco Rubio talk about how he'd be winning if others weren't in the race...well...I'd get more listings if I didn't have to compete either.

I feel that some of the voting is way to early...These people can say something really stupid and now you can't change your vote

The November election looks like it could be a non-Democrat running as a Democrat vs. a non-Republican running as a Republican.  I am solidly committed to the Beer Party, although reality is that the electoral votes in my state will almost assuredly go to the Democrat candidate.  Last time they went a different direction was 1972, and the time before was 1958.
