During the home buying process, once you have all your financial papers in order, you've been pre-approved for a mortgage and know how much you want to spend, then the fun can really begin!  Searching for your new home! Maybe you already know exactly what your dream home will look like...or perhaps you are open to anything.  This is the time to start thinking about what is important to you in a home.  Knowing what you want and the things you need in a home will make the search easier for you and for your realtor to narrow down the properties you look at.  If you know you won't compromise on having at least three bedrooms then there is no reason to waste your time looking at any two bedroom homes.  Click the link below for the full article, including a home finding worksheet to organize your wants and needs in a home.
