Helping people is why most of us are in this business and not selling widgets. I am not great at tooting my own horn but I feel great today! I work for a great company that cares about all of my clients as people and we get things done!
I looked at my pipeline last week and I have 8 loans in process, One is for a really demanding Realtor, Two are for a salesperson and an executive for a large builder and One is for another referral partner. The best compliment I get is when people in the industry that can use anyone, choose me to do their own loans, even if I am not the lender their company recommends. Relationships are built on trust and talent.
We just closed a deal for a Realtor that I respect so much for the way he does his business. Jim has the utmost integrity and never looks for a shortcut. His thoroughness even caused a minor hiccup at the end of his own closing because he disclosed a credit card his wife opened during the escrow period. He did not have to do that, but as I said, he has integrity. I love helping my clients buy their dreams, and I am so proud that industry professionals choose me to help them when it is their own dreams on the line. This is what Jim Posted on Facebook celebrating his closing.
Jim Johnston By the way, I want to thank our loan officer Matt Brady for the stellar job he did helping us through this. We had a few self-inflicted wounds that caused some drama while trying to get this loan done and Matt was a super star working through everything and finding solutions. I was a self-employed Realtor, then a W2 employee, and my wife was a self-employed business owner then a W-2 employee and we were missing some immigration docs, well, it gets complicated. Breathing a sigh of relief now.
