The loss of open enrollment created a frenzy of home buying activity in Monroe last year and I don't see any signs of it slowing down.
Take the school enrollment changes into consideration along with the growth of retail and businesses sprouting up all around the area and most notably at the I-75 and St Rt 63 intersection, Monroe's real estate market is on fire!
Obviously, this has caused home prices to rebound from the downturn of years past. So, if you are looking to buy a home in Monroe School District, don't do so with the belief that you are going to be able to buy a home at a steep discount, you've already missed those days!
