This week’s report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding area homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 4.3 percent, for new homes down 9.1 percent and for resale condos up 8.8 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 3.7 percent and up 15.2 percent on condos and up 1.4 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 6.8 percent and the sales volume is up 19.5 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 6.2 percent and the sales volume is up 18.8 percent.
- Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 16.5 percent and the sales volume is up 9.5 percent.
- Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices are down 6.0 percent and the sales volume is up 6.8 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 14.6 percent and the sales volume up 61.0 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 3.2 percent and the sales volume is down 25.0 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 9.9 percent and the sales volume is up 19.0 percent.
Look at the differences in this report. Rancho Santa Margarita down in prices way up in sales volume. Then look at San Clemente 92692 is down in sales prices and down in sales volume.
However, when compared to last year both sales volume and median price are up.
