This Week's Best Real Estate Deals

     I'm starting a new blog series on my website for homes that I think are a great deal in any given week/month in my local market. Part of my search for a new niche has been to preview a lot of homes recently, and I was quite surprised at how many were on the market that were well-below market value.

     Unlike our neighbor to the north (Denver), our homes are not flying off the shelves, so it is my intention to point a spotlight on four to six "deals" on a regular basis. I had so much fun previewing, I plan to continue the practice two or three times each month. Here is my first sampling.
