925 Joy Drive, Monroe was listed on Feb. 18, 2016 and was Pending by 9:30 am on Feb. 19th
20 Bedrock, Monroe was also listed on Feb. 18th, but was "sold before sent" meaning that a buyer was found for this home before it even hit the MLS.
