Mayfield Heights Agent Fires Buyer
It was a Saturday morning this past September when I received a call from a very upset and frustrated buyer. She had been 'fired' from her previous agent because she wasn't buying a house fast enough.
In fact, the agent blatantly told her that she needed to find another agent because she has seen enough houses to make a decision and since she hasn't bought, she needed to get another agent. I was definitely shocked. To the buyer's credit, she did not bash this agent, in fact never even mentioned the name. She was simply mortified and wanted a better experience. She was lamenting with a mutual friend, who referred her to me.
For most people, buying a home is one of the largest investments a person will make. Because I understand this, I am respectful and understanding of each person's buying
This Mayfield Heights buyer was actually very serious about buying a home. Turned out, she just needed the right agent to listen to exactly what she wanted, to be understanding of her circumstances, and to guide her through the process.
I am happy to report, she is living the dream and loves her new home.
People move for many different reasons, yet each move has it's own set of stresses, your real estate agent shouldn't be one of them.
