With every season comes a different market.
Just as parents who love all of their children equally and refuse to pick favorites, we REALTORS love all markets.
Regardless of the economic conditions, the weather, the political climate, people move and hire REALTORS to help them navigate through the process of Buying and/or selling houses.
All markets are fluid all of the time. They are always moving and shifting and shaping, and it is up to the real estate sales professionals to “read” the trends and respond accordingly. (Just as a Quarterback reads the opposing defense and calls audibles at the line of scrimmage)
The best REALTORS are veritable chamelions who adapt their strategies “on the fly” such that they are serving the fresh and CURRENT needs of the day’s home buyers and Sellers.
Lord knows we’ve all been forced out of our comfort zones many times through the years. When I got in this business, I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be dealing with foreclosures and short sales 15 years later.
That neighborhood that I wouldn’t even think of driving through in the daylight 5 years ago now has $450,000-$600,000 “Tall and Skinny” in-fill houses under construction aplenty.
I also never thought I would have to knock on doors or “cold call” for Lead Generation . . . or randomly become a fix-it man or Lawn mower or house cleaner or wild animal remover . . . and the list goes on.
So . . . we do whatever it takes to keep our businesses vital and relevant in EVERY kind of market . . . and we learn something every day . . . something we didn’t know we had in us yesterday.
We surprise ourselves with our resiliency and ingenuity.
In any given working day, we might experience every emotion knowing to man – from bliss and happiness to homicidal tendencies then back to silly revelry.
WHY DO WE DO THIS?
Aren’t YOU home buyers and Sellers glad we do?
Because we do this for YOU!
the Vital Few agents of Pareto Realty spend every day out there in the market studying everything we see – observing – and responding through appropriate action . . . all in the name of serving and protecting the best interests of our Home Buying and selling clients.
