Are you just 'listing' a home?
Rain Silverhawk and I have just listed an off grid home in Naples Idaho. The home is a beautiful off grid, and one would never guess it to be completely off grid and self sufficient unless told.
Spring, creek, pond, solar, back up generators with auto start, wood burning cook stove and heating stove. This home has it all.
Here is a recent text from the seller: "Also would like to say thank you. I didn't expect this much of a response out the gate. Hopefully it sells ASAP." Keep in mind this home was listed recently and the sellers came to us wanting results this time. There is a difference between 'listing' and 'marketing' a home.
One of our big challenges has been the private road leading to the home. Seldom are found off grid homes on a paved highway. With the torrential rains the last couple weeks the roads have been in very rough shape and this being a private road has not helped. While the seller has been working hard to keep up maintenance Mother Nature has stayed ahead of the game.
Rain and I thought it best to do a video (click here) showing the condition of the road even though not the best aspect of the home.
