Here we are continueing to see the market get stronger. The NAR states prices have risen 8.2% in this past year. The mortgage rates are still under 4%, but it looks like they will increase to over 4% within a few months. There looks like there will be more buyers on the market competing to buy homes than there will be sellers.
If anyone has considered the thought of purchasing a home now is the time to jump and get started in the search for that particular home which will meet the needs demanded. Sellers are going to be able to ask more for their home since the inventory continues to lower. Buyers!, Now is the time!!
Buyers need to understand using a broker will help them be able to find the right home and be able to write an offer quickly for them since there are many multiple offers being made on homes within a day of a new listing. When a buyer looks on the website to find homes and then think they will drive by to see if they like it, it might be too late. A home comes out on the mls and all buyers see it and are calling or texting their broker immediately. Don't be left behind.

Homes priced under $150,000 go fast. Many are cash sales but if a buyer needs a mortgage than it is wise to get pre-appoved ahead of the search. This way they are prepared to write an offer.
