As we build our business it's so important that we follow up with past clients. You could look at it as if your building your retirement plan. For most agents the majority of their business comes from past clients and their referrals. So why would you not keep in touch with them?

I admit that I did not click on your link to take the quiz. Does that make a bad person, LOL? It doesn't apply to me because I don't deliver closing gifts to my sellers, and I work only with sellers.
