Knowledgeable, Friendly and Helpful!

In order to create a positive school culture and foster student success both academically and emotionally this school uses a Positive Behavior and Interventions Support Program called PBIS for short.  This is a pro-active approach to the behavioral support and social culture needed for all students to achieve social, emotional and academic success!  Both teachers and students alike can receive a "Dusty Ticket" for being safe, respectful, responsible and or empathetic.  Within the first 2 months of starting this program over 3,000 "Dusty Tickets" were given out!  At the end of the first quarter, students and staff were given recognition for implementing the values of the PBIS program and everyone enjoyed games, prizes and fun! An online review from a Copper Basin School parent says "My children have attended Copper Basin for 4 years now and I have seen the school do nothing but improve the staff and the programs. The schools rating is now an "A" and the principal is up for a major award. My kids teachers have all been friendly and helpful and anytime I have had a concern or question the office staff and teachers have been there to help. They have a great Title 1 program with one of the best teachers I have ever meet (Mrs. Bolton). Also the front office staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. How would you like to pick organic fruits and vegetables from Schneph’s Farms or enjoy the annual Peach Festival?  There is a wonderful Breakfast Restaurant here with very good food and an old fashioned store and bakery. They even have ice-skating in the winter!  Do you have kids that are into baseball?  They are sure to like the Az Grip-N-Rip Batting Cages and pitching mounds and pitching machines.  They offer individual and group instruction, camps and clinics.  It does get really hot in Arizona during the summer wouldn’t it be nice to have an indoor sports center?  Well, check out the indoor Barney Sports Center where soccer, volleyball, hockey, archery, karate, boot camps and hula are all offered.  Take a day and explore the Goldfield Ghost Town and nearby Superstition Zip-line, both are a hoot!  Cool yourself off as you go Salt Water Tubing or explore the Phoenix Zoo.  Take a tour of the Olive Mill Farm and stay for lunch, treat yourself to a custom blended bottle of olive oil.  The San Tan Mountain Regional Park covers over 10,000 acres with hiking and biking trails and native wildlife.  If bowling, bumper cars, arcade games or billiard tables are more your style, then Brunswick Zone XL will sure to please you and your crew.  These are just a few of the many fun and wonderful activities in  East Valley, Arizona.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a East Valley real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.
