A Journey To Debt FREE Kingdom
Life is a journey not a destination. That is one of the most accurate statement of life, I've heard.
Life is a journey because sometimes we win, sometimes we're in a neutral position and sometimes we loose. The key is to keep going.
I salute every small business owner, because I can understand the: sacrifices, struggles, triumphs, victories, disappointments, despairs, betrayals and good breaks that they experience during their business and life journey.
I'm writing this blog because I was called out to do so.
Yes, I was called out to help others on their journey to debt free kingdom.
This same person saw my passion for designing homes and called me out to design homes approx 8years ago. I reluctantly took the plunge because it was a giant and scary step, ironically now I love everyday.
Life isn't about us, we're all called to served others. So once again, I'm called out, but in a more servant role by sharing my knowledge with others. So here we go.......
A Journey To Debt FREE Kingdom:
Financial independence isn't as hard as most people may think, but it requires focus and discipline. With technology and so many distractions these days, focus and discipline are becoming more and more difficult to achieve.
One of the key to financial independence is to start where you're at! So if you have to start small, go ahead! It will be worth it, don't wait to have more money or time because life is a journey, so it's a moving target......
I don't want to overload you too much with all the details, so I'll provide a case study below and follow up blogs will be posted with step by step instructions daily. So if you want to learn step by step, I'll be here everyday posting the content.
Case Study# 1420AA - Two Friends Joining Forces:
To friends started out with one common goal of being financially independent on their journey to debt free kingdom and helping others along the way.
They researched options and decided to use real estate as their vehicle. Their over all plan was to purchase bankforeclosure and distress sale properties together, fix them up and resell them.
Property #1:
Estate sale purchased at: $154,800
Before Photo
Resale price: $202,000
After Photo
Gross Profit: $47,200
Stay tuned... In my next blog tomorrow, I'll be going over the first step involved in this case study.
