Price per square foot in February was $624. This is up from $455 in January and up from $611 in February of 2015.
Inventory
Inventory of 130 in February was up 23.8% from 105 in January and up 64.6% from 79 in February of 2015. New listings of 44 in February were up substantially from 29 in January and up considerably from 23 in February of 2015. Months of supply of 8.5 in February was up somewhat from 6.7 in January and up substantially from 5.9 in February of 2015. This is the highest months of supply has been since September, 2015.
Market Time
Days on market of 136 in February was down a little from 140 in January but way up from 64 in February of 2015.
