I recently visited the Gary McDonald Morgan Run subdivision to see what was new over there.  They have roughly 15 home sites still available at that location which are mostly situated within the middle of the development with the perimeter lots already built out.  Although my visit didn't focus on pricing you would be hard pressed to find anything under $500,000.  The average lot size in there is 8,900 sq. ft.  I did inquire about the other communities where they are building and Copper Hills at Chestnut and Copper has 44 lots and base pricing for the house and lots range from $686,000-$850,000 at that location.
