Throwback Thursdays - Alaska Greens and Blues
Last year this time I was preparing for a trip to Alaska. Nothing prepared me for all the gorgeous landscapes and skies I would see in our 49th state. The long days meant I was awake at midnight on most days taking photos in every direction. I just couldn't get enough of all the beauty.
Traveling to Anchorage on the train provided some breathtaking views. This was taken in the evening time and though you can't tell it by the daylight, the evening shadows were setting in and made an interesting shot over the water.
The greens and blues and the mountains make me yearn to go back. Once is not enough and next time I will stay longer and spend more time taking photos.
Alaska, I will be back.
