If you are an Investor in the Stock Market or Commercial Properties...you should look at buying tillable Nebraska farm land as an investment. Way less volatility than the Stock Market... guaranteed income each year...and if you are borrowing money...the Tenant makes your payment!!  That looks like a WIN to me.

Will Rogers once said: "Buy Land. They ain't making anymore of it!" I agree with him completely.

My farmer's daughter wife would say those were mighty pretty pictures, Bill Roberts ... and you're so right about the limited supply of open/farm land.  We've certainly seen it disappear in the Southland region of Chicagoland ...

We have a  lot on the Lewis River we're getting ready to sell, Bill. We're hoping someone recognizes the value of having a 1/2 acre along a wild and scenic river. The drawback is the small building footprint, but we think it will appeal to someone similar to us. We had hoped to build on it, but things have changed. Now it's somebody elses turn to dream.
