Reasons for buying a house can vary greatly.  Whether you are just beginning with your first purchase or you are an experienced buyer, every decision to buy is motivated by a need for change.  A common reason for buying a house can be a personal preference like wanting to move closer to family, wanting to be closer to your work or relocating for your work. Another large factor is for financial reason as well. 2. Interest Rates - The Mortgage Bankers Association, Freddie Mac & The National Association of Realtors are in unison projecting that rates will be up almost three-quarters of a percentage point by this time next year.
3. Prices - There are many factors that impact residential sales price i.e., location, condition, taxation rate, inventory rates and appreciation. CoreLogic’s latest Home Price Index illustrates home prices have appreciated by 6.3% over the last 12 months, and  that prices will continue to increase at a rate of 5.4% over the next year.
