I have found that writing about seasonal changes in how to market a property gathers a good deal of interest. Marketing different types of properties requires a nuance of the local area and how a property is recieved by both buyers and their agents. If an agent falls in love with a property, that agent is more apt to promote the great features of that home. Yes, agents want to sell anything, but when they feel that a property has great curb appeal, value and wonderful features it is more likely to stay front and center in their mind. If an agent sees a home they are more likely to sell that home. Getting a home featured to other agents can be a challenge. Use the tools that are available. You never know how someone is going to find them.
A home presented well is remembered. A home that has a truly professional video is a great way to feature a home to both buyers and their agents. Have you tried a drone for video? Maybe you should.
Spring is here! Time to get out of the house and embrace the spring. Clean up the yard and make sure that a home for sale is ready to spread the word that spring has arrived!
