Several years ago I was a General Manager and Trainer in the restaurant industry. When looking for great Team Members and Trainers there was one thing that always rang true. You can't teach passion. You can teach someone the functions of a postion but you cant teach them to be passionate about it. Passion is just something they have or they don't. The same thing can be said for Realtors. I can't teach them to be passionate about selling homes, running a business or giving great customer service. A GREAT Realtor has a passion for what they are doing and you can see it. A GREAT Realtor didn't get into real estate just to make money, although making money is important in running a business. A GREAT Realtor went into real estate to help others acheive the american dream of owning a home, to invest in real estate, to start a business. A GREAT Realtor separates themselves from the rest by being passionate about what they are doing and being authentic to who they are.
