The Cornville AZ 86325 market continues to see the DOM (days on market) moving upward since summer of 2015. However, three of the four quartiles are slowing down with the bottom quartile decreasing slightly. We are currently in the 'on-season' and should show improved sales activity. The inventory levels have been decreasing since the same time period of last year, which is providing a neutral push on the Market. Historically many sellers start preparing their home for sale this time of year. So inventory levels may increase in April. There is one less house on the market than in February.
Overall, buyers may find some reasonable areas of selection in the top quartile, but the other three quartiles are still in the seller advantage range. Though the MAI is dropping. Remember that though it is mostly a seller's market advantage, there may properties that present a better sales position based on the motivation and willingness of the seller to negotiate. This market is basically in a neutral push. Prices and inventory are holding steady however the DOM (Days On Market) are moving upward causing the MAI to show a downward trend.
