This is the lowest median price has been since March, 2015. 3-month median price of $613,000 in February was down slightly from $647,000 in January but up modestly from $527,500 in February of 2015. Price per square foot in February was $346. This is up from $340 in January and up from $297 in February of 2015.
Inventory
Inventory of 34 in February was up 13.3% from 30 in January and up 17.2% from 29 in February of 2015. New listings of 12 in February were up considerably from 2 in January and up slightly from 11 in February of 2015. Months of supply of 3.7 in February was up modestly from 3.4 in January but down a little from 4.3 in February of 2015.

Days on market of 112 in February was way up from 76 in January and up substantially from 33 in February of 2015. This is the highest days on market has been since March, 2015.
