Keller Williams Realty was named as one of Career Bliss’ 50 Happiest Companies in America for 2016. Now I’m going to assume you’re wondering, what makes Keller Williams such a happy company? Well, I’m glad you asked!

If I could just choose one word to describe what makes Keller Williams one of America's happiest companies to work for it's Culture. The KW culture is like no other. At Keller Williams Realty Landmark, we stick to those beliefs. We’re a big family and we help each other reach our goals and dreams. Our Team Leader is not just our CEO, she’s our Dream Manager. The vision of our Team Leader, Allie, is to help make everyone’s dreams come true. Her idea was to create a Dream Wall at our Market Center so that everyone could share their dreams. Low and behold, it was created and agents/staff began posting photos of their dreams. So you can imagine what started happening, dreams started manifesting!

After finishing reading The Dream Manager by Matthew Kelly, the staff came up with different ways to help each other find our dreams and make them come true. We decided that it would be a great idea to hold a Dream Board Party at the office. Staff and Agents from the office attended and it was a great success. Each person created their own dream board to hold them accountable in achieving their big dreams!
