Our friends and family members from the Midwest have sticker shock and the ones coming from the West coast think we are having a firesale here in Colorado!!
This chart is based on "average" sales price of sold homes February 2014 to February 2015. Look for similar price increases for 2015 to 2016!!! Average price is determined by taking the sum of all the sold prices and dividing my the number of sold listings.
