5 real estate marketing tasks to do during this first week of spring

Add all buyers to your CRM so that you can maintain contact and build relationships. When you get a listing in a tough market, chances are that you’ll work with a high amount of buyers. Stay top-of-mind with folks, so that when they are ready to sell, you are the first and only one they think of. All agents should use CMA analysis from a website like PropertyMinder. Comparable homes should be based off the past 3 months, and not necessarily from 1 or 2 years ago.
