This is down 25.3% from $1,337,500 in February of 2015. 3-month median price of $1,220,500 in February was down marginally from $1,278,000 in January but up a little from $1,115,000 in February of 2015. Price per square foot in February was $467. This is down from $498 in January and down from $494 in February of 2015.
Inventory
Inventory of 53 in February was up 26.2% from 42 in January and up 51.4% from 35 in February of 2015. New listings of 34 in February were up substantially from 25 in January and way up from 24 in February of 2015. Months of supply of 3.1 in February was up a little from 2.6 in January and up substantially from 2.1 in February of 2015.
Market Time
Days on market of 89 in February was way up from 30 in January but down considerably from 126 in February of 2015.
