      • Versus last year, the total number of homes available this month is lower by 87 units or 17%. The total number of active inventory this February was 425 compared to 512 in February 2015. This month's total of 425 is lower than the previous month's total supply of available inventory of 467, a decrease of 9%.

Median Sale Price

  • Median Sale Price-$207,162
    • Up 14% from Last Year
      • Last February, the median sale price for Clayton Area Homes was $181,950. This February, the median sale price was $207,162, an increase of 14% or $25,212 compared to last year. The current median sold price is 13% higher than in January.
