If you have not you need to go to your Google page as soon as possible. It took me a long time to gather client reviews and have clients post them on Google. Yet Google has been up to their ways of changing things and making things disappear. After they had put some much emphasis on how important Google reviews are to a small business...well POOF it all kind of disappears.

See the video here and then go and check your Google Reviews and contact Google if you are having the same issue.

I think the other review page, it may be reviews that you've given. (and if you have in fact done reviews, that may be under your personal acct. I'm not positive, but that may be the issue.

Unfortunately on my Personal account is all the reviews I have given to other businesses....and none on my business page...but all linked on my Google maps Women of Westchester Working Together ...Google screwed with me when they disallowed a page for some strange reason...maybe that is when this all happened. I should be checking much more often, Debbie!

Women of Westchester Working Together - Great suggestion, but unfortunalty not the case. If you go to Ginny's personal page, you will find the reviews you are looking for. (As you suggested.)

The reviews tab for Ginny Gorman's business should show reviews from clients. Or, at least, that's how it's always been. The Google+ page is tied into Google Maps / Google My Business, and that's where the reviews are taken from. There are even instructions to conntect your Google Maps reviews to your Google+ pages. The Google+ page has always been tied into Google Maps.

I help with Google+ for lots of clients, and unfortunately, screwups with Google Local / Google Maps are pretty common.

But good news Ginny! I just had a Google employee respond and he thanked me for the video that you posted above. I'll forward you his email. It just came in while I was typing this...
