Robertson Ranch New Construction Homes for Sale in Carlsbad
Robertson Ranch in northeast Carlsbad, a master planned community, continues to make progress and the final 2 of 4 neighborhoods, The Terraces and The Bluffs, have now been announced. These 2 higher-end neighborhoods are gated, while the other 2 are not.
Model homes are not yet available but are well under construction, as is the widening of EL Camino Real, the main thoroughfare that passes by the main entrance to Robertson Ranch, a badly needed improvement due to the increased traffic we will have in the area.
The response thus far to the new homes at Robertson Ranch has been very positive, but most if not all of the homes that have been released in the first 2 communities are now reserved.
New homes at The Ridge and The Vistas are priced beginning in the mid $700s and $830,000s, respectively, and construction has started for Phase 1.
The Terraces will offer homes with 3000 to 4800 SF, with both 1 and 2-story models, 5 floor plans, and 3 to 5 bedrooms depending on the particular floor plan. Pricing will begin in the $1,000,000s.
Homes at The Bluffs will range in size from 3200 to 4900 SF, also in 1 and 3-story models with 4 floor plans and 3 to 5 bedrooms depending on plan. Pricing at The Bluffs begins in the $1,300,000s. Stay tine for more details
Robertson Ranch will also offer a commercial component, part of which is expected to be an upscale grocery store but that’s not been announced. There is also an area of apartments being developed by a different builder, which will include both affordable housing and 55+ apartments.
HOA fees will be approximately $266/month (with an additional $76/month for the 2 gated communities). Mello Roos fees will total about $1522/year. Robertson Ranch kids will attend the Carlsbad Unified Schools. Nearby amenities include Legoland, golf, the Carlsbad beaches, the Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch, the Batiquitos and Agua Hedionda Lagoons (the latter with a wonderful visitors center), and plenty of shopping and dining.
