Spring Hill's Longview recreation center has just opened its doors. It is available to all Spring Hill residents at the discounted rate no matter which county you live in. Once a member you can use all Rec centers in Williamson County for no extra charge. The place is huge and has everything you can imagine. Its like a YMCA on steroids! It is located in Wakefield Subdivision beside Longview Elementry School. This is off of Duplex Road HWY 247 just east of Main Street HWY 31. My family and I joined LAST year when we first moved to Spring Hill and went to the Franklin or Brentwood facilities every once in a while for the pool or tennis. A great value at $225 for my 4 family members. I just renewed for only $200 and have been hitting the wellness center EARLY AMs. I'm feeling great and loosing weight and loving that I haven't joined an expensive gym.
My workout buddy and I were joking today (while playing basketball) that this really is a steal for such a world class facility. Next goal for me - the indoor pool. (I'm an awful swimmer but determined to change that!)
