Pending contract on this house coming soon.

On Monday I hope to have a pending contract on this house.  It should be showing up as pending in the MLS by Monday.

The buyers are getting a great buy.  The house has been redone inside. The upgrades include new flooring and paint throughout the house, a tankless hot water system and updated ceiling fans and light fixtures. 

 

 

 The upgraded kitchen has new cherry cabinets, appliances and granite counters.
