Homeownership for Individuals with Disabilities Program
To be eligible, at least one borrower must have a disability or is the parent of a child with a disability; the family income is not more than $85,500; and the sale price is not more than $300,000. The mortgage program offers a 3% to 5% interest rate loan for income eligible buyers. Citysettlement funds are part of the program. The minimum cash requirement is approximately $900. Tenant Conversion Mortgage Program
