Really like your post. Reminds me of a book I purchased on history of Aprons. Have it in a stack of books by my customer chairs in my office. A new customer's mother saw the book and said her friend was the author!   Recently back in project sewing mood in spare time. Made matching valentine aprons for my granddaughters. They loved them to wear with their play kitchen!
