This morning I woke in a whimsical mood. Several days ago, I had been given a small patch of an intricate and interesting looking ground cover by a neighbor. At first I contemplated planting it in the covered atrium near my front door. However, I thought better of it, so off to Lowe’s I went. At Lowe’s I found a suitable pot, a couple herbs (Rosemary and Thyme), and a colorful flower plant. They didn’t have any smaller fairy statues or fairy houses that I desired though. However, Michael’s Craft Store had a small selection, which met my needs. Michael’s also had a 40% off one item coupon that I was able to print off from their website.
Once I had gathered everything on my back patio, this is what was created!
If you are interested in fairy garden supplies, there is a website, which has a variety of materials to create these kinds of gardens. But, if you have a Michael’s Craft Store in your area, you may find the prices may be a little better, even though the selection isn’t quite as large!
