While the Delray Affair is traditionally a little later in the month of April, interested parties don't have to wait quite as long this year! The Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce will celebrate its 54th annual Delray Affair, next weekend, April 8th- April 10th. This year's event is hoping to break more attendance records and will take place along the Palm Tree lined downtown streets of Delray Beach and span across 12 city blocks from the Intracoastal to NW 2nd Avenue.

The Delray Affair is the largest arts & crafts festival in the Southeast United States. With many sponsors, countless vendors, live musical performers, and the Free Family Fun Zone, this event also won't break your bank. The Family Fun Zone includes 30 arcade games, and more fun - even better, all games are rated "E" for everyone! With parking in three locations at only $5 for the day, you are left with the ability to spend your hard earned money supporting local vendors and enjoying local food and drink, at your leisure.

If you plan to attend, the hours on Friday and Saturday are from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Additionally, you can visit on Sunday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm!

One of the biggest hits of the Delray Affair is the Commemorative Poster that is created every year by a local artist. This year, the poster was painted by Dr. Remenson, a doctor of Internal Medicine, Women's Health and Age Management Medicine, at a private practice in South Florida. She has been at this practice for over 15 years, and has recently taken up the art of painting and has become passionate about this form of art as her "mental health management", as she puts it!
