10 Years to Earn This Award from Sacramento Board

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

The Sacramento Association of Realtors established an awards program which recognizes agents for outstanding production. When you look at the program, you might wonder why not every agent is a member of it because the bar is not that high. It's hard when you're starting out in real estate, but after a few years, after one has become somewhat established, most listing agents would belong to Master's Club.

It doesn't mean you're not a good agent if you aren't a member, though. Some agents who work on teams do not split production reports for MLS, especially if the clients they worked with came from the efforts of the team leader. Just because their sales might show zero means nothing.

However, there are also levels. I've finally reached a level I did not expect to see. You can read more in my personal blog today at this link: Elizabeth Weintraub Awarded Outstanding Life Member by REALTOR Group.

Congrats Elizabeth.  I think averaging 100 sales a year is amazing.  I feel lucky to have half that many.

Congratulations!  It's nice that your local board has mutiple levels of recognition.  Ours has one, and for the first year ever, I applied for the status this year.  Four more years of the minimum production and I'll be a Lifetime Top Producer.  If I had only done this five years ago I would already have the title.  Oh well.  It's not like it's not going to happen.
