It seems that the  prices are staying steady for the previously owned Luxury homes while new contstruction Luxury Homes are going through the roof. 

The previously owned luxury homes are going for 500k with the middle being 750k and the to between 950k and 1.1M.  

New Construction Luxury Homes are going between 750k to 2 million.
