I stumbled across this building quite some time ago and still find it one of the more intriguing pieces of architecture that I've seen in City Heights in America's Finest City.
It's been home to The Tower Bar since 1932 and I believe there is a tatoo parlor on the 2nd floor. Maybe I need to pay a visit again.
Rather cool and funky.....I'd certainly give the bar a try but not so sure about the tattoo parlor.

Hi, Jeff. That's a pretty neat building. It sure stands out in this area. I think you should go in for a drink and a tattoo and let us know what it's like on the inside.

Yeah, I could see a tattoo parlor in there! They could simply use the drawings from the actual building.

Well I am up for the drink and maybe a bite to eat, but no tattoos. Not my thing. But as I said to Roger, maybe a temporary one (have done that before)
