Here is an interesting post from The Property Minders Blog.  I believe this blog has a lot of merit and doesn't get the attention it deserves. They put out well thought out and useful posts.  

I hope they keep posting, and build their readership because they have a lot of good stuff to share.

I went over and read and they seem to offer some good products, but not sure who the author is behind it... a few blogs seemed like Anna and the comment here is from Tim.  I like people, not logos to go with the good information.  The building relationships part of ActiveRain is key to getting business as a result.
