How many different ways can you say CRM?

Here is an interesting post from The Property Minders Blog.  I believe this blog has a lot of merit and doesn't get the attention it deserves. They put out well thought out and useful posts.

I hope they keep posting, and build their readership because they have a lot of good stuff to share.

The obvious is Client Relationship Manager, but I think we can dive a little deeper.

Slide on and fasten your snorkel. It’s go time.

It can mean Continuous Reach Marketing. Each of your clients will receive a constant (and delightfully automatic) stream of information from you based on their consumer status.

Oh yes, your buyers and your sellers will be reached.

Or does it mean Consistent Revenue Maker? Let’s face it: our clients do 4.6 more deals per year than all the agents in their market. That’s enough reason right there.

How about Communication Reduces Mishaps?  Yes, your clients need to hear from you! Our system gives you ready-to-go written and visual content to email, and tracks what is sent so you have a reason to call.  Phone calls are amazing, especiallywhen they have a purpose.

Ask yourself, do my Contacts Remember Me? Actually, wait. Before you ask yourself that, ask yourself: “Do I like money?”If you answered “Yes,” then you should definitely use our system every day.

Seriously, we make it easy to Craft, React, and Meet your valued database.

Craft a campaign (MLS search, Neighborhood Alert, you name it), React to their open rate and activity, and schedule a time to Meet. All from ONE system. I know, crazy right?

Finally, Certified Referral Machine makes so much sense, since our system keeps you so Top-of-Mind that your clients can’t help but think of you first when a referral opportunity is presented. If I’m not mistaken, I believe most of your business comes from referrals.

Imagine having more time to give your immediate clients your undivided attention.
Imagine having a system and a team of people behind you that want you to succeed.
Imagine not having to compete with the two other agents your clients know.
Imagine having a database of loyal buyers and sellers that remember you always.

If the Top Producing Agents in your office are not using Broker provided technology, then why do you?

30 Days are at your fingertips.
30 Days to make a real impact on your database.
30 Days to let us prove to you that we don't mess around.

Try the 30 day free trial today.

Let’s get it goin’.

I went over and read and they seem to offer some good products, but not sure who the author is behind it... a few blogs seemed like Anna and the comment here is from Tim.  I like people, not logos to go with the good information.  The building relationships part of ActiveRain is key to getting business as a result.
